Precise and thorough Dental Implant treatment
Dental implants are a modern miracle: they look like, act like and feel like natural teeth, but are not susceptible to decay and can easily last a lifetime, if the treatment is properly and precisely done.
With our dentists’ considerable experience in restoring smiles, they are also able to skillfully plan the dental implant treatment so that it will result in an esthetic and correctly functioning smile.
Your dental implant treatment starts well before the day of your implant surgery. In fact, we do most of the work ahead of time.
For larger cases, we gather various data to plan your treatment. These include:
Digital X-rays and CT scan (3D X-rays)
- Digital external and intraoral photography
- Impressions of your teeth or missing spaces
- The state of your oral health currently
We use the 3D X-rays to see how much available bone you have, the state of your gum tissue and to map where the nerves, sinus cavity and other oral structures are. Using 3D software, we can then assess if you will need bone grafting to provide enough bone to place an implant and we can plan the exact position angle in which to place the implant.
Once we have virtually mapped where we will be placing the dental implants, we get a surgical guide fabricated that is placed over the gums to guide the implant into the exact right position.
Comfort at all times
We make sure you are fully comfortable during the implant procedure and make sure that you don’t feel any pain, ever. Our painless injections provide enough anesthesia to keep everything numb the whole time. Patients can also choose to have sedation or even general anesthesia with our Board Certified anesthesiologist.
Natural-looking, esthetic new teeth
After your surgery is completed we place temporary teeth until your dental implant heal, usually three to four months.
Your permanent teeth (crowns, bridge or dentures) are fabricated from high-quality durable and aesthetic materials. Our doctors use their training and experience in cosmetic dentistry to also make sure your new teeth are attractive and complement your face and personality.
“Having worked in the dental field for more that 30 years, I have heard many good things from the patients that I come in contact with from Advanced Cosmetic & General Dentistry. I had a tooth extracted and opted to have an implant. Dr. Nosti did the implant and I found him very competent and knowledgeable. The outcome was excellent to the point where I’m not sure which tooth is the implant. The atmosphere in office was extremely pleasant and I had a very good all around experience starting with the front desk people to the dental assistance in the back and ending with Dr. Nosti. I would highly recommend Advanced Cosmetic & General Dentistry to all my friends.” – Joan
“I work in the arts and, as such, find myself constantly addressing a class or committee, a cast or audience, speaking in public, putting my face…and smile out front. Dr. Noveck has enhanced my professional appearances by improving my appearance professionally. Milt, take a bow.” – Dambra
“In my opinion, having top-notch care from Advanced Cosmetics & General Dentistry gives me peace of mind that I can smile without hesitation or fear of teeth in need of repair. Dr. Noveck conducts himself in a very professional manner geared towards patient satisfaction. The greatest dental benefit a person can receive is the compliment of a beautiful smile and beautiful teeth. When someone wants to know who my dentist is, Dr. Noveck gets the credit.” – Frank
“A year and a half ago I became a patient of Dr. Noveck. I came to him with many dental problems that were the cause of mistreatment by my former dentist. I had two fractured teeth under a newly fabricated bridge. The treatment developed for me by Dr. Noveck was such that I would never find myself missing all my lower right teeth. I needed three dental implants. Since the treatment time was between three to six months, he saw to it that I always had some kind of chewing ability during that healing period. I now possess a full complement of teeth and my lower right side is functioning perfectly. My total experience was very satisfactory. He takes a lot of pride in work that is done well. I certainly would recommend him to anyone.” – Erica
